- 4 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans (more finely than in the pictures! About 1/8".)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup coconut flour (sifted if lumpy)

- 2 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs (50 grams each, out of shell, room temperature)
- 7 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted and preferably still warm2)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
