- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 eggs (large pastured)
- 2 Tbsp. organic coconut oil (melted, this is our favorite organic, steam distilled coconut oil with no flavor)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree (this one is boxed instead of canned, so no epoxy lining to worry about)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (organic, we love this one and it's available at Walmart)
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (mini)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
