- cream cheese (almond milk, I used Kite Hill)
- coconut oil (soft)
- sweetener
- powdered sugar
- vanilla extract

- 15 oz. pumpkin (drained on paper towels*)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup maple sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or ghee melted and cooled slightly)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups blanched almond flour
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (almond milk, I used Kite Hill)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (soft)
- 1 cup sweetener (powdered monk fruit, or organic powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. almond milk
