- 1/4 cup coconut oil (ghee, or palm shortening, melted or very soft)

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (sifted, or just use more of either of the above flours)
- fresh cranberries
- orange zest
- chocolate chips
- chopped nuts
- raisins
