It turned out fabulous. I have always loved pecan pie but it was always too sweet and thousands of calories per pie. I felt so good knowing that this pie wasn't nearly as many calories and made with ingredients I love to use daily. I fed it to my family and they loved it too. I wish I would have let it set longer, it broke apart when I served it- use a pie serving tool for sure. 10/10
