    This was about the best crumble I’ve ever made. The almond flour didn’t get all gluey the way wheat flour can, I did reduce the Almond flour to 1 cup and added 1 cup oats, and the crumble had a nice crunch to it. The seasonings were perfect. We aren’t paleo/gluten avoiders; I made this to accommodate someone who is. I am definitely making this my go-to crumble recipe, though!
