Wonderful! The only things I did different was to double the topping ingredients to cover more of the peaches and I mixed the ingredients in my food processor. I This was a huge hit when my wife got home. She said the topping tastes like butter. I just made the second in a week and expect I’ll need to do again midweek while our Colorado Palisade peaches are I season.
