These are excellent! I doubled the recipe and added about a half teaspoon of salt to balance the sweet. I’ve tried a number of grain-free and keto pancake recipes and while not keto (because of the banana) these are great! The tastiest I’ve tried yet!
Next I will try adding some flaxmeal or hemp hearts.

yes, its sweet without syrup. i baked for my daughter who has IBS, and this is safe for her gut and no sugar at all
