    One of the best texture of paleo pancakes I’ve tried in a while :) But 1+ 1/2 tbs of coconut flour worked better 😋 Added a bit of salt and stevia for bringing all the flavor A bit of coconut oil on the pan , came out delicious !! Thanks for the recipe

    These are good flavor, however they fell apart a bit too much. But the easy pancake factor is nice! Maybe I'll add chia seeds next time,
