    There is no earthly way the pancakes in that photo were made using this recipe. As written there is too much cashew butter and not enough liquid in this recipe. I made them exactly as directed, and the batter turned out more like the consistency of peanut butter cookie dough. Being so thick, the batter took well over the prescribed time to cook. Flavor is okay, just don't expect anything truly pancake-like when following this recipe.
