was too gooey and burnt easily and fell apart when flipped. I ended up adding oil and banana and nuts for texture.

it was disgusting it came out very gooey, the taste was not bad but other than that it was disgusting.

Not bad for first attempt. Didnt have almond flour so substituted it with chickpea and coconut flour. Next time i’ll be making it with almond flour, but first attempt wasnt too bad.

Added a tad bit of honey and some almond butter, then put these in a mini muffin tin, put a few cashews on top each one, and then baked them. Pretty good as muffins!

This recipe was very good. My granddaughters even liked it. They still had to add maple syrup. It does take time for all of us to get use to the texture. We have been eating paleo for awhile but pancakes are still taking time to get use to. But the taste is really good. Thank you for this recipe. It is the best tasting I have found.
