This has become a staple in my kitchen. No unnecessary brown sugar, if that’s not your thing. Although I’m sure you could add like, 1/4c brown sugar and make it that way. I don’t do the turning every 15m either (too busy) and it still turns out great. Broil at end finishes it perfectly. Doesn’t even need sauce in my opinion. :)

Came out good and moist. From reading other reviews I decided to use only half the dry rub, there was plenty of rub to cover the ribs. I ended up baking for 3 hours at 250 and did not broil as I was afraid of them drying out. Also I did not flip every 15 minutes, I just baked them meaty side up the whole time. Easy recipe, will make again.

It was a good dish. The next time I will reduce the amount of salt & other seasonings from 1 tbsp to 1/2 tbsp and 1/2 tsp to 1/4 tsp.

pretty good. a bit odd at the beginning since I've never had ribs without sweet sauce. very recomendable.

Great rub, skipped the broil at end and let bake go
a little longer instead. Big fan of rubs for ribs that are not sweet

Best dry rub ribs I've had so far. BBQ out of propane so was looking for an oven recipe. Used Costco shrink-wrapped ribs for the first time, they were very meaty and high quality, didn't dry out. i was looking for keto, this fits the bill! Kudos to the author and the website for not dragging me through page after page of filler and adds to get to the directions! :)

The proportion of the dry rub was too heavy for my taste and the broil at the end dried the meat out. Will skip the broil next time

Used country style ribs & I think rack ribs would have been better, still a crowd pleaser though!

Really tasty - most recipes have a sugar based sauce so was happy to find this. I didn't add cayenne and I think I could have probably done half the quantity! What I will do next time is half the salt.
