- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 cup flax (ground golden, or ground chia)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. stevia extract (and honey to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. plantain flour (unmodified potato flour also works or mash up a green banana)
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin (collagen)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla (grass fed whey protein, get one of my favorite brands here)
