- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber (thinly)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half )

- lemon juice
- sea salt
- black sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 egg yolks (large or 3 small)
- 1/4 cup ghee (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder
