is anyone else having trouble with the read directions link. mine comes up as a 404 error message saying that the link doesnt exist.

I used turkey burger instead, I would have used a little more than a pound, but I also used the meat in a tube..I'd make it again though using better meat haha.

Really nice consistency, but found the chili powder a bit overwhelming even though I didn’t use the full tablespoon. Perhaps it’s supposed to be teaspoon? Either way, it was yummy! I put parchment paper on the cookie sheet. Wish I had put foil under the parchment as I’ve got burned stuff in the corner of the cookie sheet. Oh well! Do like the idea of baking it on a sheet instead of in a loaf pan. Thank you!

Flavorful and easy to make. I used ground bison, so it turned out a little dry. Next time I will bake covered or add sauce for a more moist finished product.

Good but not awesome :) The second time I added onion, garlic and zucchini and tasted better! Good recipe
