- 1 lb. shrimp (Fresh, Peeled or unpeeled)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder (Toasted)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 coleslaw (Pack – Precut)
- 1 cup paleo mayo
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder (Toasted)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. palm sugar (You can use white sugar if you want)
- 1 tsp. chipotle hot sauce (Tobasco)
- salt (to taste)

- 1 whole mango (Diced)
- 1 avocado (Medium Sized ,Diced)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (Roughly, Do not substitute dried)
