- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed (shelled)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (I prefer flakes over shredded for this recipe)
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter (This or this is good too. If you use the second one use less honey below)
- 3/8 cup honey (raw local, more or less to your own taste for sweetness)
- 1/4 cup dried cherries (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (to sprinkle on top at the very end)
