- 1/3 cup coconut flour (+ 2 tsp)
- 1 cup walnut halves (ground)
- 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar (+ 2 Tbsp)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (divided)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut chips (toasted*)
- 3 peaches (washed and sliced)
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or clarified butter)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- coconut chips (* Toast, for 5 minutes at 350°F. Rotate the pan half way through and keep an eye on them. They go from perfect to burnt in no time flat.)
