- 2 cups chicken (shredded, I shred a store-bough rotisserie chicken here)
- 8 cassava (Siete Foods, and Coconut Flour Tortillas)
- shredded cheese (optional for topping)
- sliced radishes (Thinly)
- jalapeno (thinly sliced)
- avocado (Sliced or cubed)
- freshly chopped cilantro
- finely diced red onion
