- 3 cloves garlic (diced)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms (diced)

- black pepper
- 4 green onions (chopped fine)
- 4 leaves greens (such as kale or chard, chopped fine)
- 2 Tbsp. water (filtered)
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes (medium shredded unsweetened, not coconut flour)
- 1 cup almond meal (or almond flour)
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (live, or lemon juice)
- 1 Tbsp. water (filtered, only if necessary)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (– for brushing empanadas.)
- 1 lemon (or 2 limes, peel cut away, sliced and seeded)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. sugar (Just Like, Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, not Baking.)
- 1 handful cilantro (including stems)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or filtered water, as needed for smooth blending)
