This turned out absolutely fabulous! I needed 2 eggs because my chicken breasts were pretty large, but I wouldn’t change anything. Excellent recipe!

AMAZING!!! Loved it and made the dipping sauce also - really delicious and easy to make!!! Instructions were clear - chicken was done to perfection. I'm not a very experienced cook but I can follow a recipe! This one is a keeper!
