This has a very moist texture and a subtle flavor. I can’t have any sugar, so I substituted sugar free maple syrup for the honey. It still had s good taste. That said, it does not look anything like cornbread. I made this with chili, and it doesn’t taste like cornbread either. Surprised the carb content is 16 grams.
(It is hard to scrap it off the bottom of the pan, as with all paleo breads.)
