- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (your choice:)
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup nut butter (see notes)
- 1/4 cup chocolate (or plain protein powder, see notes)
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 4 tsp. cacao nibs (or chopped Paleo/dairy-free chocolate, optional, adds texture)
