I love the flavour of these cookies, I ended up using roasted almond ground into flour which gave them a deep colour and a lovely round flavour. I don't understand why they spread in the pan though. This is my second Paleo Chocolate Chip cookies that has spread in the pan. The first recipe asks to keep the dough in the fridge for at least an hour, which I did.
