- 1/3 cup coconut flour (sifted)
- 1/3 cup tapioca (or arrowroot)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup applesauce (with no added sugar)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. stevia (liquid vanilla)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup butter (cacao)
- 1 tsp. honey

Not as sweet as I thought "cake" should be, but I like the texture. I'm sure the icing would have added much flavor but didn't have ingredients. Thank you for the recipe.

Really enjoyed this cake. Came out moist and chocolatey. I used real white chocolate for the frosting which gave it the perfect amount of sweetness.
