Since I am lazy, I made this into a casserole. I layered it by starting with a layer of sauce, chopped cabbage next. Then the meat mixture covered with more chopped cabbage and lots of sauce on top. put in a crock pot on high 4 hours. it was just as good as the real thing! the meat filling would be great as a meatloaf too.

These cabbage rolls are amazing! My kids love them too! Lots of steps, but well worth it. I even made some hamburgers with left over filling and my boys went nuts for them. Soooo delicious!
