Very, very good. I didn’t make any tweaks at all. I first tried blackened Mahi Mahi at a nice restaurant in PCB, FL. Reminds me a lot of that fish. Definitely recommended!

This was delicious!! I followed the recipe exactly except I left out the cayenne because of my kids. We all loved it!
