I mixed everything together rather than blending some of the ingredients. I used a little more salt. I also added 1T lemon juice.

Very good - I'd make it again. I didn't read the instructions until I was done (it seemed simple enough!), so I actually didn't blend it. I mashed it all together and it was fabulous. :)

It was pretty good. I used 2 avocados and a little more basil. I also added more oil and a splash of lime juice for a little zing

This was a big hit with the whole family. Very easy to make. The basil and avocado combination is terrific!

We added some green onion and tomatoes for a little extra acidity and it was wonderful on Bibb lettuce wraps! We chopped up leftover chicken thighs (instead of shredding) to use them up and it was a great way to recycle leftovers. Very creamy without any mayo - will definitely save it to make it again

This is a good and healthy dish. Though i lacked some flavor so put some lime juice and it was so good!
