Good flavor. Subbed brown sugar, olive oil, and cashew milk due to coconut allergy. Not dry but not moist at 1 hour.

Delicious!
I added some Cacao nibs and cooked in my bench top convection oven for 85 minutes.

Excellent - yes do moist!!! Used
1/2 cup of maple syrup instead of coconut sugar and added 1/2 cup of dairy free semi sweet chocolate chips Came out great- family loves it too. Sooo yummy!!!

It was moist, delicious and easy to make. I added chopped walnuts. The whole family liked it. I sub’d Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free baking flour for cassava flour. I can’t find it anywhere.

I used 6 medjool dates instead of the coconut sugar. It was very good and definitely sweet enough. Next time I will use only 4 dates. I'm sure that will be sweet enough with the bananas.
