very nice added 1/2 tsp baking powder to the mix as I thought the first batch was a bit dense, turned out lovely with bp added

hands down best non standard muffin I've eaten. moist, soft & fluffy, amazing flavour. i only changed honey to maple syrup as i hate honey...
