- 1 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 ahi tuna steak (about 7 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha (or so, to taste)
- flying fish roe
- lettuce (I use either butter lettuce or romaine)
- avocado
- tomato
- nori (strips, I buy mine in large sheets and simply tear off a few pieces)
- sliced green onions
- wasabi paste
- pickled ginger
