- 1 green chili (deseeded, finely chopped, optional)
- 2 tsp. ginger paste (/ minced fresh ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (/ minced fresh garlic)
- 2 tomato puree (roma, or ½ cup tomato puree of your choice)
