- 1/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt (whisked)
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns (freshly ground, or more to taste)

- 3 green chili peppers (slit in half)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (julienned)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
