- 50 mL olive oil (/2fl oz, good)
- 1 head garlic (cloves separated and peeled)
- 12 prawns (jumbo raw, in shells)
- 450 grams squid (1lb, cleaned and chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 5 Tbsp. parsley (chopped flatleaf)
