- 150 grams noodles (dried Tagliatelli)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 200 grams shelled prawns (frozen, defrosted and cut into3 pieces each)
- 4 chicken breasts (large, sliced, approximately 75g each)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (for marinating the chicken)
- 4 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (for marinating the chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower oil (for frying the onions)
- 1 large onion (peeled and finely sliced)
- 2 spring onions (medium, peeled and chopped)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced or use the equivalent from a jar)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and grated or use the equivalent from a jar)
- 1 red chilli (small, chopped or use the equivalent from a jar)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (small)
- 1 head pak choi
- 150 grams beansprouts (fresh)
- 1 cup chicken stock (you can use a stock cube dissolved in 1 cup of boiling water)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or use half Mirin and half white vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp. chilli paste (use your own discretion on this)
- 6 drops sesame oil
