- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tamarind juice
- 4 tsp. tamarind paste (or 4 tsp tamarind paste + 1 tsp vinegar])
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
