Prep time is at least double what the recipe states. I decided to dice the water chestnuts, I plan to add more minced garlic and grated fresh ginger. I will also increase the amount of hoisin sauce to 1/2 cup. The flavor and aroma were amazing! The recipe is worth doubling for leftovers!

Really good dish, like others said I also added in matchstick carrots with the rest of the veggies. I then topped with cilantro and chopped peanuts ♥️

These are super easy and great for a week night dinner. I could not find ground chicken anywhere, so I substituted w/ ground turkey and it turned out just fine. Definitely making this again!

i took some pork chops and ground them up to replace the ground chicken as that is what I had on hand. I also threw in some grated carrots and a few frozen peas and it was delicious. Will definitely be making it again. So much flavor. Thank you for the recipe

This was excellent substituted Sesame Chili oil for Sriracha. And added shredded cabbage to it as well at the end, to give it some crunch.
