- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. applesauce
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua
- 2 cups confectioners sugar

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 dgrs
- In a large pan, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, Shake the egg, brown sugar and white sugar together, so long as smooth. Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, applesauce, pumpkin and walnuts, so long as just combined. Do not over mix.
