- 600 grams strong flour
- 15 grams sea salt
- 20 mL olive oil
- 15 mL milk
- 410 mL water
- 10 grams yeast

Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor with a dough blade. Mix on low speed until it all comes together and the dough comes away from the bowl. Turn out onto a floured bench and knead lightly until smooth. Place the dough into a clean bowl that has been sprayed with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to prove for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220oC. Lightly grease our pizza pans or oven trays.
- Divide the dough up and with a rolling pin, roll each base out.
- This is the best bit… Top the pizza with your favourite tomato sauce, mozzarella and a few toppings.
- Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
