- 2 Tbsp. plum jam
- 3 Tbsp. plum vinegar
- plum (powder deliberate)

Directions
- Clean all the sweet pepper properly and use kitchen paper to dry it up after soaking 15 mins in the water
- Cut all the bell pepper into strips
- Put all the dressing in and mix properly
- Now, put the bell pepper and sauce into a sealing food storage container and cold storage for at least 4 hours
