- 1 cup baby spinach (packed)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla powder (OR extract)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 tsp. mesquite powder
- 1/2 tsp. greens (powder, I use this one)
- protein powder (plant-based, I do a third of a serving of vanilla VEGA)
