- 2 cups chicken broth (or a, 14.5 ounce can)
- 1/2 cup preserves (peach mango, I have used apricot in this recipe, too)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups rice (uncooked, I used instant rice could use regular, too)
