This is DEFINITELY my new favorite pancake recipe. It's fast and easy to make in the mornings and is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Melt coconut oil before mixing it in.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and make pancakes!
- This recipe should make 3 very filling pancakes!
- *If you don't have oat flour, simply grind oats in a food processor or blender to create the same thing.
