This is DEFINITELY my new favorite pancake recipe. It's fast and easy to make in the mornings and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Melt coconut oil before mixing it in.
    2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and make pancakes!
    3. This recipe should make 3 very filling pancakes!
    4. *If you don't have oat flour, simply grind oats in a food processor or blender to create the same thing.
