So yummy! I used coconut milk instead of almond milk. I also use russet potatoes with the skins on and sliced 1/4 inch. instead of turnips. It was a lot like the Zuppa Toscana at the Olive Garden.

Delicious! I substituted sweet potatoes for turnips and spinach for kale. Everyone in my family loves it!
