Oh my gosh!!!!! To die for!! Second time I used coconut oil and I drizzled with some balsamic vinegar...which carmelized during the process!!! Holy cow!!! It was even better...for me that is...!!!!

Good! I liked the little pieces that came off the main sprout, as they were even more crisp. Next time I will pull them apart prior to baking and sprinkle them into my salad.

First time I’ve ever made Brussel sprouts—or even eaten them—so I have no basis of comparison, but they were okay. Not as crispy as I was hoping for, but that could be my fault. Surprisingly, my entire family ate them, so I will probably make them again.

Great!. Nice & crispy. Very different, which is what I was looking for. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese-for the kids.
