Easy and delicious! I omitted the root vegetables (other than carrots) and added potatoes and mushrooms. Made half a portion and didn’t need to reduce the stew.

Awesome.com The oxtails were fork tender I'll definitely be trying this again my family loved the meal. I used potatoes instead of parsnips.
