Amazing! Only thing I’ll do differently next time is to add the mushrooms 15 minutes prior to dishing up to keep them a bit firmer.

This is amazing and worth every minute of time. My husband and I received two oxtails (3lbs) with our farm share this week. We've never cooked with them and this recipe looked perfect. Here are the things we did a little different: I screwed up and only bought 1/2 lb of mushrooms. I wish I hadn't. More mushrooms would have been awesome. I used Rosemary instead of parsley because I don't like parsley. We added about 1/2 Tbs of salt. Delicious.
