It turned out pretty well. I used challah bread and possibly too much of it. it wasn’t a dry casserole but I think maybe more milk with eggs would’ve helped. cream cheese didn’t melt down as much as I’d like either. I would also up the cinnamon and nutmeg a bit. still very tasty and easy
