- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (shredded part-skim, divided)
- 4 oz. parmigiano-reggiano (shredded)
- 10 turkey sausage (fully cooked mild breakfast links, such as Johnsonville, sliced into coins)
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped)
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- green onions (chopped, for garnish, optional)
- cherry tomatoes (halved, for garnish, optional)
