Turned out great. I sprayed the pot with cooking spray before adding the ingredients. I cooked on low for 7 hours. I divided into single serve containers and add sweetener before eating.

Bad, the oats burned and it didn't cook down
It ended up soupy and very odd didn't Change the recipe at all
